Days 1 to 7

Initial Review

We receive your CIM or listing package, execute an NDA, and conduct an initial review of financials, operations, and business profile against our acquisition criteria. All information is held in strict confidence.

Days 7 to 21

Management Call and Site Visit

We conduct a seller or management call and a site visit where appropriate. We seek to understand the business, its customers, its team, and the seller's timeline and objectives.

Days 21 to 45

Financial Analysis and Letter of Intent

We complete our financial analysis and SDE reconstruction, establish a valuation range, and issue a Letter of Intent if the opportunity meets our criteria. Our offers reflect what we have learned. We do not re-trade.

Days 30 to 60

Due Diligence

During the exclusivity period, we conduct full due diligence across financials, legal, operations, customer contracts, licenses, and key personnel. We work alongside your advisors and move with purpose and efficiency.

Days 60 to 90

SBA Processing and Close

We complete SBA loan processing, execute the purchase agreement, and coordinate closing with all parties. Our objective is a clean, efficient close that respects the seller's time and delivers certainty.
